Far East Organization and Perennial Holdings will commence previews of their latest residential tower, Aurea, on February 22. Prices start at $1.92 million, or $2,750 per square foot (psf).
The 45-storey tower, located on Beach Road, comprises 188 units and is part of the transformation of Golden Mile Complex into a new commercial hub featuring offices, medical units, and retail spaces.
Aurea is built on a 144,908 sq ft site, acquired through the collective sale of Golden Mile Complex for $700 million in 2022. The District 7 site is a 5-minute walk from Nicoll Highway MRT station and is within the Core Central Region.

Aurea will be linked to The Golden Mile via an elevated link bridge on Level 2.
In District 7, the latest launch was Midtown Modern by GuocoLand in 2021. It initially sold 61% of 558 units at an average price of $2,800 psf and was fully sold by December 2024.
GuocoLand’s Midtown Bay, launched in 2019, saw transactions between $2,600 psf and $3,800 psf. Units sold in 2024 ranged from $3,000 psf to $4,000 psf.
The six-month median price for District 7 stands at $2,078 psf, based on URA data.
Bookings for Aurea will commence on March 8, with completion expected in 2029.
